If you are unfortunately dissatisfied with your item(s) we offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy. The 14 days begin when you have received your order. The shipping fee for the return is not paid for by TheTEEKE. 

How do I return my item?

To request a return please email us at theteeke@gmail.com. Please detail your full name, order number (see on receipt) and reason for return. You have 14 days to return the item after it being received.


To be eligible for a return:

-Items must be returned in original condition in the correct packaging, with the tags still attached.

-Items must be unused.

-Items must not have a different smell (E.G. smoke or pets).

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty then please contact us via email theteeke@gmail.com. In the email detail your order number (see on receipt), full name, details of the product, the problem with the item and photographic evidence. You have 14 days to return the item after it being received. 

Black Friday

All items included in the Black Friday sale are non-returnable, unless faulty. Please ensure you choose the right size before purchasing.
